What are Platinum Europe Vouchers?
Product advisors from Platinum Europe usually have 50 Euro vouchers with an individual discount code. These vouchers can be used by interested parties as a discount on a first order or for registration as a Platinum product advisor.
Each person can redeem such a voucher only once, regardless of whether they use it for purchasing products in their first order with Platinum Europe or for signing up as a brand partner.

- As a registered Platinum customer regularly orders Platinum products, they are loyal customer and from the 3rd month onwards, they even receive a 20% discount on their orders.

Why are there variations in colour and taste?
Platinum products are made from natural raw materials, real plants. Therefore, it's quite natural for there to be slight variations in colour, taste, and possibly even the powder structure.
Laboratory-made items, like artificially produced vitamins, are practically always the same and always sterile without natural variations.

Why does Platinum (still) use plastic containers?
It's true that most of the Platinum products are filled in plastic containers. Where possible, brown glass bottles are used, and the partner company in the USA already uses more environmentally friendly packaging/bags to sustainably protect nature and the future.

Can "anyone" become a product advisor at Platinum?
In principle, yes. There are no special requirements that need to be met, except for the legally required ones such as being of legal age, having legal capacity, and possibly registering a business or similar, which is also a prerequisite for any such activity.
Die Firma Platinum möchte aber ausdrücklich nicht, dass jeder, der ein grundsätzliches Interesse an der gebotenen Verdienstmöglichkeit hat, unabhängiger Partner wird. Es ist wichtig, die angebotene Möglichkeit objektiv und unbeeinflusst zu bewerten, ob sie zu einem passt. Durch das Stammkundenprogramm gibt es automatische Rabatte beim Produkteinkauf direkt von der Firma – ganz ohne, dass man Berater werden muss. Eine Preisersparnis sollte also nicht der Grund sein, warum sich jemand für eine Partnerschaft mit Platinum entschließt.
Vielmehr sollte einem bewusst sein, dass die angebotene Möglichkeit wie ein echter Beruf oder Zusatzverdienst angesehen werden kann/sollte – und als solcher Arbeitseinsatz erfordert. Why doesn't Platinum have an auto programme?
Other companies entice with supposed "additional benefits" to the normal bonus plan. For example, there are subsidies for a car (which is usually designed in the company design) or for a pension savings plan for retirement or sponsorships or similar things.
None of this exists at Platinum. Why?
Platinum prefers to pay the money directly and leaves it to its independent advisors to decide what they want to achieve with it. And they use the money for fair payment to suppliers who maintain real farms and cultivation areas.

Is the activity as an advisor an employment relationship?
In principle, no.
Die Firma Platinum Health Europe stellt Menschen im Rahmen einer selbständigen Beraterschaft die Möglichkeit zur Verfügung, ihre Produkte zu vertreiben. Für die Vermittlung von Produktverkäufen – idealerweise im Rahmen einer individuellen Beratung für die sinnvolle Ergänzung der Ernährung – wird ein Zwischenhandelsverdienst (Provision auf Produktverkäufe) ausbezahlt.
A partial commission is also paid from product sales generated by self-recruited and supervised advisors.
All advisors act independently, autonomously, and are self-responsible. The framework conditions for collaboration are regulated by the partner conditions of Platinum Europe and the laws.
What are the entry costs, do you have to keep products in stock?
The entry costs for a partnership with Platinum Europe currently amount to a one-time fee of 75 euros (as of August 2025).
This fee includes documents and currently 5x 50 euro vouchers, which can be distributed for product orders from new customers or for the registration of new independent product advisors. These pay only 25 euros instead of 75 euros when using a voucher.
Each person can only redeem a voucher once – either for a discount on the first order or for registration as a partner if they were not yet a customer. A voucher cannot be used for both a first order and registration as a partner.
In addition to the entry costs, there may be costs for registering a business or similar with the relevant city or municipality. These costs vary and are independent of Platinum.
Eine Lagerhaltung von Produkten ist nicht notwendig und wird von Platinum nicht aktiv vorangetrieben. Platinum übernimmt als Partner die Lagerhaltung und Logistik, die Bestellabwicklung, Retouren und Provisionsauszahlung. Eigene Bestellungen sollten nur stets am aktuellen individuellen Bedarf ausgerichtet sein und an etwaigen Kundenbestellungen, die man selbst ausliefert.
Empfohlen wird gewöhnlich der einmalige Kauf eines von mehreren unterschiedlich zusammengestellten Platinum Europe Produktpaketen (Infinity Pack). Jedes dieser Pakete enthält Produkte im Gegenwert des jeweiligen Paketes und zusätzlich unbegrenzt 50,- Euro Gutscheine zum Weitergeben an Interessenten für die Erstbestellung von Produkten oder für die vergünstige Registrierung neuer Produktberater.
Do I have to be a health/nutrition advisor or similar?
No.
Platinum Europe offers high-quality products made from real plants, which can make a valuable contribution to maintaining health together with an individually optimal diet.
Any health professions are warmly welcomed as product advisors by Platinum and indeed many such professions appreciate the sincerity, ethics, and product quality of Platinum products.
Gesundheitsberufe, die von Platinum Europe anerkannt sind, erhalten außerdem zusätzliche besondere Konditionen. Zu diesem Zwecke kann ein Produktberater von Platinum einen Nachweis seiner Befähigung (z. B. Urkunden, Abschlusszeugnisse o. ä.) aus einem relevanten Bereich beim Platinum Europe Kundenservice einreichen und um die Anerkennung als „Professional“ bitten. Die Entscheidung trifft Platinum hier nach kurzer Prüfung. Die Einstufung als Professional hat keine Nachteile im Gegensatz zu einer regulären Tätigkeit als Produktberater, unterstützt aber Gesundheitsberufe zusätzlich.
