Here are some of the answers that interest customers before or after purchase. These answers are as well-researched as possible, yet the operator of this website cannot speak for the company Platinum.

What are Platinum Europe Vouchers?

Product advisors from Platinum Europe usually have 50 Euro vouchers with an individual discount code. These vouchers can be used by interested parties as a discount on a first order or for registration as a Platinum product advisor.

Each person can redeem such a voucher only once, regardless of whether they use it for purchasing products in their first order with Platinum Europe or for signing up as a brand partner.

If you are already a customer or partner at Platinum Europe, such a voucher cannot be redeemed retroactively. Different voucher codes cannot be redeemed either. Everyone receives a one-time discount of up to 50 Euros. Any remaining balance will not be stored or credited. The exact voucher conditions are stated on the official websites of Platinum Europe and are clearly specified during the order or registration process.

What is the Platinum Loyalty Programme?

The loyalty programme is a special reward for people who take their health into their own hands and support it sensibly with pure green food.

Why are there variations in colour and taste?

Platinum products are made from natural raw materials, real plants. Therefore, it's quite natural for there to be slight variations in colour, taste, and possibly even the powder structure.

Laboratory-made items, like artificially produced vitamins, are practically always the same and always sterile without natural variations.

The possible (and rare) slight variations in Platinum products do not represent a reduction in quality. And of course, all ingredients are always tested in the lab for the best quality. It can even happen that a product is unavailable if it doesn't meet Platinum's strict quality standards.

Why does the official Platinum website load so slowly?

The biggest (and perhaps only real) criticism of Platinum is the unexpectedly long loading time of the website. Whether you're just browsing or trying to log into your account.

Unfortunately, I can't say much about it, except that the web hosting provider apparently is based in Texas and a CDN (Content Delivery Network) hasn't been implemented yet. However, the company is aware of the loading times and will surely find a solution that meets the requirements of the very specialised infrastructure running in the background. We kindly ask you to excuse the longer loading times.

I always say: the website may be very slow, but the quality of the products makes up for it.

Why does Platinum (still) use plastic containers?

It's true that most of the Platinum products are filled in plastic containers. Where possible, brown glass bottles are used, and the partner company in the USA already uses more environmentally friendly packaging/bags to sustainably protect nature and the future.

In Europe, there are currently no suitable alternative packaging options that are approved and meet the quality, tightness, and food safety standards to the extent that Platinum could already switch to them. However, the company is striving to test alternative packaging options to meet the customers' demand for an even higher level of environmental protection.

These answers are compiled to the best of our knowledge and are constantly updated. However, the official position of Platinum may differ or be expressed differently. Please feel free to contact the Platinum customer service directly if anything is unclear. These answers here can only provide guidance.

Can "anyone" become a product advisor at Platinum?

In principle, yes. There are no special requirements that need to be met, except for the legally required ones such as being of legal age, having legal capacity, and possibly registering a business or similar, which is also a prerequisite for any such activity.

However, the company Platinum explicitly does not want everyone who has a general interest in the offered earning opportunity to become an independent partner. It is important to objectively and uninfluencedly evaluate whether the offered opportunity suits you. Through the loyal customer programme, there are automatic discounts on product purchases directly from the company – without having to become an advisor. A price saving should therefore not be the reason why someone decides to partner with Platinum.

Rather, one should be aware that the offered opportunity can/should be seen as a real profession or additional income – and as such requires work effort. Anyone who wants to work with products in the health sector and shows seriousness and commitment will find a good opportunity here.

Why doesn't Platinum have an auto programme?

Other companies entice with supposed "additional benefits" to the normal bonus plan. For example, there are subsidies for a car (which is usually designed in the company's branding) or for a pension savings plan for retirement or sponsorships or similar things.

None of this exists at Platinum. Why?

Platinum prefers to pay the money directly and leaves it to its independent advisors to decide what they want to achieve with it. And they use the money for fair payment to suppliers who maintain real farms and cultivation areas.

It is also not uncommon in this industry for advisors who are new to a network marketing opportunity to switch to a company like Platinum that better matches their ethical standards. What happens in these cases with the aforementioned subsidies for cars, pensions, or sponsorships? These expire or have to be privately covered. Not an optimal condition for an activity where you want to work freely, flexibly, and independently.

And that's why Platinum prefers to pay out the maximum possible benefits immediately as cash, rather than holding them back for "additional benefits" that one might or might not receive later on.

Is the activity as an advisor an employment relationship?

In principle, no.

The company Platinum Health Europe provides people with the opportunity to distribute their products as part of an independent advisory role. For the mediation of product sales – ideally as part of individual advice for sensible dietary supplementation – an intermediary commission (commission on product sales) is paid out.

A partial commission is also paid from product sales generated by self-recruited and supervised advisors.

All advisors act independently, autonomously, and are self-responsible. The framework conditions for collaboration are regulated by the partner conditions of Platinum Europe and the laws.

What are the entry costs, do you have to keep products in stock?

Each person can only redeem a voucher once – either for a discount on the first order or for registration as a partner if they were not yet a customer. A voucher cannot be used for both a first order and registration as a partner.

In addition to the entry costs, there may be costs for registering a business or similar with the relevant city or municipality. These costs vary and are independent of Platinum.

Keeping products in stock is not necessary and is not actively promoted by Platinum. Platinum takes on the role of partner for warehousing and logistics, order processing, returns, and commission payments. Own orders should always be aligned with the current individual needs and any customer orders that you deliver yourself.

It is usually recommended to make a one-time purchase of one of several differently compiled Platinum Europe product packages (Infinity Pack). Each of these packages contains products worth the respective package and additionally unlimited 50 euro vouchers to pass on to interested parties for their first product order or for the discounted registration of new product advisors.

Do I have to be a health/nutrition advisor or similar?

No.

Platinum Europe offers high-quality products made from real plants, which can make a valuable contribution to maintaining health together with an individually optimal diet.

Any health professions are warmly welcomed as product advisors by Platinum and indeed many such professions appreciate the sincerity, ethics, and product quality of Platinum products.

Health professions recognised by Platinum Europe also receive additional special conditions. For this purpose, a product advisor from Platinum can submit proof of their qualification (e.g. certificates, diplomas or similar) from a relevant field to the Platinum Europe customer service and ask for recognition as a "Professional". The most important thing is to only make the permitted statements and not to make any healing or effect claims about the products that are not officially approved. The permitted statements can be found in the official documents.
